I graduated at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, where I studied veterinary medicine. After finishing my studies, I spent a year and a half teaching Animal Anatomy and Physiology, Reproduction and Animal care in high school.  In 2012 I joined the group as an external collabolator  working on determining a sensitivity curve to visible light for laying hens. After the first year I started my PhD study on feeder placement and its length for laying hens.
