I graduated in veterinary science at the Veterinary University Vienna (Austria) in 2017. I became especially interested in welfare and ethology of domestic animals during my studies at the Veterinary Faculty of Pretoria (South Africa) and the Veterinary Faculty Utrecht (The Netherlands). My current doctoral program focus on the mechanisms of piling behaviour of laying hens and possible prevention measures of smothering. Besides my studies I am further interested in One-Health topics. For questions concerning my current work or CV, please feel invited to contact me via e-mail / phone.
